[2024 Issue Measures] Transition from Wooden Pallets to Plastic Pallets

Joint proposal with the molding manufacturer! Achieving smooth switching and stable supply of pallets.

The customer expressed a desire to switch all wooden pallets used in-house to plastic pallets. However, there were a significant number of wooden pallets in use, and they were being utilized nationwide. Therefore, we conducted hearings on the customer's delivery destinations, quantities, and operations, and together with the manufacturer Sanko, we established a production plan to achieve the desired transition of pallets within the customer's specified range. We also made new investments in molds, enabling production within the desired parameters. Internally, we developed new depot locations nationwide and established a system that ensures stable supply even after operations commence. This has allowed for a smooth transition and stable supply of pallets. [2024 Issue Countermeasures] Deterioration of Wooden Pallets

No sawdust generation, very hygienic! No splinters or sharp edges, ensuring the safety of on-site workers.

The user had been storing and transporting imported clothing on wooden pallets, but there were concerns about the occurrence of splinters and the risk of collapse due to quality deterioration. Therefore, we introduced our "Rental Pallet H4-12 (CO)" for product storage and transportation. By switching from wooden pallets to plastic pallets, we eliminated the generation of debris such as splinters on-site. Additionally, unlike wood, plastic does not deteriorate due to corrosion, so there is no risk of product collapse due to pallet quality deterioration.
